Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SHE Financial Consultancy, we strive to deliver transformative, high-value services and resources to empower individuals in their financial journey. In order to maintain fairness and integrity in our operations, we have outlined the following refund and cancellation guidelines across all our offerings.

1. One-on-One Services (Coaching, Financial Health Assessments, Spending Plan Overhauls)
  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments at no extra cost if done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
  • Missed Sessions: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund or a reschedule. This is to respect our time and commitment to other clients.
2. Digital Products (Templates, Trackers, Printables)

Due to the digital and downloadable nature of these products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. We advise customers to review product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

If you encounter technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us, and we will gladly assist.

3. Self-Paced Online Courses & Pre-Recorded Content
  • Non-Refundable: All purchases of self-paced courses and pre-recorded workshops are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.
  • Access Duration: Course materials are typically available for life unless otherwise stated.
  • Support: If you face technical difficulties or have questions about course content, our support team is happy to assist you.
4. Service Cancellations by SHE Financial Consultancy

In rare cases where a service must be canceled or postponed on our end, clients will be notified as early as possible and given the option to:

  • Reschedule the session at no additional cost, or
  • Receive a refund if rescheduling is not feasible.
